I was just at westmarine yesterday and noticed some new features on the slayer propel 10.

The pedal drive clamp has four bolts vs two and the seat has rectangular supports that sit squarely on the plastic strips to spread out the surface area load.  I wonder if these square pieces can be added on older models.

Both of these are progressive inline updates. The 4-bolt clamp drive in now model 501. All internals are the same as a 401 drive. The seat rail caps hold be available thru your local dealer or thru the site sponsor Get Outdoors, although it may take a little while as stock is going into current production boats.
