I know I'm jumping the gun here, but now is good time for discounts.
What do you all wear as far as footwear goes for early fall? I don't plan on going out if the high for the day is going to be lower than 60. Right now I wear water sandals, nylon pants with sock liners. I need something more insulated for the fall. I was thinking waders. I heard the sock type would be best for peddling, but I haven't gone further than that.
Anyone have any ideas?

These folks make a couple of things that might do the job:
Namely, the Camo "Hippies" and the Caney Fork Sock.
I have the socks, but have yet to use them - the footies are way too thick for my current water shoes...
