Register warranty replaced propel unit

I just got a new propel drive as a warranty replacement. How do I register this new unit?
I looked at the normal registration page on the Native Website but I didn't see a option
for this.

You can use the normal page by inputting your hull serial number and the new drive serial number. Use the original hull purchase date but put a note in the dealer field with the new drive acquisition date.
