Production has just started so they'll likely start shipping out in the next week to two, arriving at dealers depending on when orders were placed.

One great plus that was revealed yesterday is that the Titan hull has a second layer of foamed plastic fused to the inner hull...this process is the same used in rotomolded canoes, fish bait tanks, and even coolers. The foam layer adds much increased rigidity to the hull and also adds positive floatation. The production boat weighs 152 vs. Hobie PA at 149...so 3 pounds more with all the new features and a more rigid hull makes the Titan really shine. Since most guys using any Propel already are using a trailer, the weight shouldn't be an issue...I wouldn't call this boat a kayak any more...it is a micro-skiff with all the options that can be applied to this hull.

Currently, there is no indication this process will be added to existing models other than the Titan.
