Where does the bungee the keeps the back of the seat from coming up attach to. Right now they are hooked together at the ends doing nothing. On the slayer there are 2 attachment eyes on the floor to keep the seat from popping up in transit. So far I've been unable to find where they are supposed to attach on my new FX Propel, I'm sure it's staring me in the face and I'm just not seeing it.

The bungee ends do hook together. First, route one underneath the aluminum seat support frame before connecting to the other, which makes an encircling loop around the bar.

There are holes on the bottom of the frame that the hooks go into.

Mel, that under seat organizer looks like the ticket. Got to get one of those!
