Apparently, the last time I took a cruise, things got wet in the storage bay. Got into it yesterday and there's moldy stuff and still damp. How can I kill/remove the mold?

Stick the boat in the sun for an afternoon to dry it out with the hatches open. Take a burlap sack or something similar and stuff it full of cedar chips (animal bedding)...stick it into the hatch and close it up before the evening condensation starts up. If needed, you could take a long handled car scrub brush and scrub the moldy areas with some Simple Green detergent or some similar mild detergent to get most of the mold. The cedar chips should handle the rest. The cedar chips also work well in smelly wet boots...stuff old socks and stick them down into the boots.
